Returns Policy

Please note, that goods can only be returned with the express permission of Yo-Yo Office Ltd (trading as Yo-Yo DESK) and may be subject to collection/restock charges.

Returns Policy for Businesses

  1. . If You are contracting with Us as a business customer, You have 3 days following your receipt of the Goods to report any damage to, defect in, incorrect delivery or shortage of the Goods by contacting Us by telephone at 0333 22 00 375 or by emailing sales@yo-yodesk.co.uk. We will require full details of the reported damage or defect and may request images. The Goods must remain in the original packaging and promptly returned if requested by Us. Once We have verified the damage to, defect in or shortage of the Goods, we shall issue a replacement or a refund (including postage) to You via your original payment method. You are obligated to take reasonable care of the Goods while they are in your possession. We may refuse to replace or refund any Goods returned to Us if We consider that You have failed to take reasonable care of the Goods.
  2. . Unwanted Goods or Goods ordered in error may be accepted for return only with the express permission of Us. Please also note that a minimum restocking charge of 30% of the sale price of the goods will apply. Please contact Us to raise a return request by calling Us on 0333 22 00 375 or by emailing sales@yo-yodesk.co.uk.
  3. . Desks installations, Made-to-order non-stock, bespoke or customised Goods are Restricted Goods and cannot be accepted back into stock. If You need to cancel Restricted Goods for any reason, this can only be accommodated within 24 hours of placing the order. If accepted, charges may apply to cover any costs incurred. If a cancellation is possible after 24 hours, Yo-Yo DESK will charge a cancellation fee as it is unlikely that we could resell Restricted Goods to another customer.
  4. . Refused deliveries for Restricted Goods are not eligible for credit. Our usual refund policy does not apply to Restricted Goods, which cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
  5. . Goods agreed for return must be returned in their original packaging, unused, unassembled and suitable for resale. Credit shall not be given for goods received damaged. You shall be, unless otherwise agreed by Us, responsible for the cost of return and restocking. Goods returned shall remain at your risk until receipt of the goods by Us. Where it has been agreed that You arrange the return delivery, the proof of return will remain with You.
  6. . If any amount diminishes the value of the Goods returned by You as a result of the handling of those Goods, We may recover that amount from You up to the Contract price. We may recover that amount by deducting it from any refund due to You or require You to pay that amount direct to Us.

Returns Policy for Consumers

  1. . As a consumer, you have 30 days after receiving your order in full to notify us in a written format that you wish to send them back to us for a refund. You will be liable to pay the reasonable costs of return or collection. In addition, goods can also be returned, for a credit note or an exchange, up to 30 days.
  2. . Goods agreed for return must be returned in their original packaging, unused, unassembled and suitable for resale. Credit shall not be given for goods received damaged. You shall be, unless otherwise agreed by Us, responsible for the cost of return and restocking. Goods returned shall remain at your risk until receipt of the goods by Us. Where it has been agreed that You arrange the return delivery, the proof of return will remain with You.
  3. . Yo-Yo Office reserves the right to make a deduction for any missing parts, signs of assembly or damage to the product.
  4. Your statutory rights remain unaffected by this policy.

Returning Goods to Yo-Yo Office

Customers have the option to return goods themselves at their own expense and risk. Please contact us to obtain a return number and an address of where the goods need to be sent.

Alternatively, Yo-Yo Office may be able to arrange collection of the items to be returned but will apply a charge for doing this. This charge will be taken off the final refund figure. Please contact us on 0333 22 00 375 and we will be happy to discuss this charge with you and look into what the exact collection costs will be for your case, as every order will be different depending on what items are returned, your location, etc.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to be present at the time of collection and Yo-Yo Office reserves the right to charge more for collection, should pre-arranged collections be missed. Delivery charges that were paid by the customer on the original order will only be refunded if the customer returns the goods themselves. If there is a problem with your goods such as a fault, the goods being misdescribed, or not fit for purpose, then Yo-Yo Office will meet the costs of return.

Yo-Yo Office also asks customers to take photographs of returned parcels and pallets before they are collected to prove the condition of goods before they are handed to the courier.

Processing the Return

Upon receipt of the returned goods, Yo-Yo Office will then process the return. If there is damage to products and/or clear evidence of use, then Yo-Yo Office reserves the right to make a further deduction to the final returned amount.

Return Exchanges

In the event of a customer has made an error with their order and require an exchange, Yo-Yo Office reserves the right to apply charges for collection and re-delivery. Yo-Yo Office will require original goods to be returned before replacements are sent out.

We reserve the right to charge for incomplete returns, orders placed in error or not wanted.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 10 working days of receiving goods.
