Delivery time:

Standard delivery is 1 - 2 days for Great Britain mainland and up to 4-5 days for Northern Ireland and Ireland.

Lead times for larger orders may result in a longer delivery period and these will be advised separately.

 

Returns:

If in the unlikely event this item arrives with any faults please inform us within 24 hours of receipt by email and photographic evidence of the damaged item to make a valid claim.

If our initial investigation does not resolve the matter within 48 hours we will collect the faulty item and either refund it or provide you with a replacement.

We accept returns within 30 days delivery. Return shipping fees may apply and you will be required to return the item in saleable condition and in its original packaging to receive a full refund.

The Yo-Yo DESK® CUBE desk riser has a recommended maximum weight limit of 20kg. It's designed to handle the weight of your equipment while staying safe and sturdy at any height.

What is the installation process for a Yo-Yo DESK® CUBE?

Yo-Yo DESK® risers require minimal installation and are ready to use almost straight from the box. All you need to do is attach the keyboard tray using the eight screws and screwdriver supplied and you are ready to go. The Yo-Yo DESK® CUBE weighs 24kg - other models increase in weight as size increases - so you will need help lifting your riser into place.

Will it be hard to raise my Yo-Yo DESK® CUBE with all my equipment on top?

The Yo-Yo DESK® CUBE is operated by a spring-assisted (gas strut) lift mechanism that allows you to easily operate it using the squeeze and release handles on either side of the desk. With a maximum weight capacity of 15kg, it is simple to raise and lower in just a few seconds with minimum effort.

Can I mount a single CLAMP MOUNTED Monitor Arm on the Yo-Yo DESK® CUBE?

YES. All CLAMP MOUNTED Monitor Arms are compatible with Yo-Yo DESK® CUBE.

Is Yo-Yo DESK® CUBE appropriate for users of all heights?

The Yo-Yo DESK® CUBE is suitable for users between 150 - 183cm (5' - 6') tall when placed upon a standard height desk (72cm).

How many monitors does Yo-Yo DESK® CUBE support?

You could easily use a single or dual screen, a laptop and a keyboard on a Yo-Yo DESK® CUBE and you wouldn’t face any issues.
